Who Are We?

Can-Do Consulting & Mentoring Inc. is a federally registered non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization committed to empowering underserved communities through education, mentorship, and responsible citizenship. By fostering personal growth, strengthening families, and promoting higher education, we are building a stronger, more engaged community—but we can’t do it alone.

About the Founders:

We’re Deon and Michelle Candia, founders of Can-Do Consulting & Mentoring Inc., and community service has been at the heart of our lives for as long as we can remember.

Together, we’ve dedicated our entire adult lives to uplifting and empowering the people around us—because we truly love what we do. Whether through one-on-one mentorship, educational workshops, or hosting our annual community gatherings, our mission is simple: to bring people together, build stronger families, and encourage responsible citizenship and good neighborly bonds.

At Can-Do, we believe that every individual has potential, and every community has the power to thrive when we invest in one another. With faith, passion, and purpose, we’re proud to continue doing the work we love—serving others and helping communities grow stronger, together.

Financial Giving

Volunteer Your Time
